Delete your account
You can erase your MeloGuess account at any time, with no reason to give. Two ways, both leading to the same result.
1. From the app
Open the account menu at the top of the screen, then choose Delete my account and confirm. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
2. By request, without the app
Already uninstalled it? Write to us and we will delete the account for you, within one month at the latest.
Send the request from the address you signed in with: it is how we confirm the account is yours before erasing anything.

What gets deleted
- Your account — the sign-in identity itself, erased immediately.
- Your nickname and game data — erased with it. Nothing is kept to rebuild a profile.
- Your statistics — games played and won, tracks found, points, best score. All of it goes, and none of it can be brought back.
What is kept
Nothing. There is no purchase to keep a billing record for: MeloGuess sells nothing.
Rooms you played in disappear on their own shortly after the game ends, deletion or not.
Two things to know
Uninstalling is not deleting. Removing the app clears what sits on the device and leaves the account exactly where it was. Only the steps above erase it.
Your statistics go with it. Games played, games won, points earned — all of it is part of the account, and deleting the account deletes them. Starting again means starting from zero.
